This website is run by Ekatra Events & Media Private Limited (“Ekatra”, “we”), a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN U74999AP2016PTC104095), with its registered office at A.P.S.E.B. Colony, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013.

Ekatra decides why and how the personal data you share here is used, which makes it the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When you send the enquiry form:

• —your name, and a phone or WhatsApp number and/or email address (required);
• —if you choose to give them: the type of event or service, an approximate date and location, and your message;
• —that you agreed to be contacted about the enquiry.

We don't ask for sensitive personal data such as passwords, bank or card details, or health information. Please don't include it in your message.

When you visit any page, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect the website.

Only to reply to your enquiry and discuss the event you are planning. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We don't use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell them.

These providers act on Ekatra's instructions and may process data on servers outside India. We share your details with anyone else only if the law requires it.

Your enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to reply to the enquiry and, if you go ahead with Ekatra, for the duration of the engagement. After that it is deleted, unless the law requires Ekatra to keep it for longer.

The website is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection. The enquiry form is checked on our server, which forwards it to Ekatra and keeps no copy: this website has no database of enquiries. Access to enquiries is limited to the Ekatra team.

To stop automated spam, the server briefly counts how many enquiries arrive from each network address. That count is held in memory only and cleared within minutes.

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics tracking. Pages note simple interactions, such as an enquiry being sent, inside your browser only. These notes contain no personal data and are not sent anywhere.

You can ask Ekatra to:

• —give you a summary of the personal data it holds about you and how it is used;
• —correct, complete, update or erase it;
• —stop using it, by withdrawing your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Ekatra will then stop using your data and delete it unless the law requires it to be kept; anything done before you withdrew is not affected.

You may also nominate someone to act for you if you die or become unable to. To use any of these rights, contact us as set out below.

This website and its enquiry form are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to get in touch for you.

We reply to grievances as quickly as we can, and within one month of receiving them. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
